Export enterprise covering credit insurance hits new high
The number of Xiamen’s new export enterprises covering credit insurance reached 231 in July, an increase of nine times over the same period last year, a new high for the month.
By the end of July, the accumulative number of Xiamen’s export enterprises covering credit insurance hit 1,000 first, reaching 1,173, an increase of 44.8 percent over the same period last year. The new amount of export credit insurance in the first seven months reached $6.6 billion, an increase of 10.5 percent.
Due to the export credit insurance business of small and micro businesses expanded by People's Insurance Company of China Xiamen Branch, the number of Xiamen’s new export enterprises covering credit insurance has increased significantly.
