The 4th Talents, Projects and Capital Cooperation Expo will be held during the 2017 China International Fair for Investment and Trade (CIFIT) in Xiamen, Fujian province.

Over 100 products from 72 enterprises will be on display at the expo involving integrated circuits, culture creativity, advanced manufacturing, new materials, and other fields. Three fourths of the products come from high-level talent startups regarding sci-tech elements, industrial representativeness, and market application.

More than 400 exhibits will be present on “i talents”, an online public service platform, waiting for their potential buyers.

The expo will include five other activities, namely, investment and financing cooperation, recruitment, technological cooperation, project release and signing ceremonies, involving more than 600 projects.

The investment and financing cooperation activity will attract nearly 100 projects to seek cooperation with over 40 investment institutions, involving 750 million yuan ($114 million) worth of investment demand. With the help of Zhaopin, an HR service website, Xiamen Talent Center, and China Straits Talent Market, the recruitment activity will offer 1,000 talents jobs in 200 HR firms.

Over 100 projects from Taiwan, Germany, Israel and other regions and countries will be present at the technological cooperation activities via technological agencies, including Keyi, China's largest tech trade market and innovation service website. Over 20 projects will be attracted to be released at the expo and their signing ceremonies will be held simultaneously in a bid to expand the enterprises' influence by way of the CIFIT.

The advertising video for attracting talents to Xiamen will also be launched at the expo and the expo will carry out other activities including interpreting the new talent policies in Xiamen to show Xiamen's preferential talent policies and attractive innovation and startup environment.

As a comprehensive platform to show the achievements of startups and promote the cooperation among talents, projects, capital and technologies, the expo has been held annually since 2014.

Five hundred and thirty four high-tech products have been introduced, 190 projects have obtained investment totaling 810 million yuan, 939 projects have promoted cooperation in marketing and technology, and 914 talents found jobs at the previous three expos. As a result, the talent pavilion has become the most popular pavilion at CIFIT.
