Five Xiamen companies were ranked among the 2021 China's top 100 internet companies in terms of comprehensive strength, according to an index released recently by the Internet Society of China.

The five companies were Meitu ranking 28th, 4399 Network ranking 35th, G-bits ranking 65th, Meiyou ranking 95th, and Dianchu Technology ranking 99th.

4399 Network, G-bits, and Dianchu Technology are game companies, while Meitu and Meiyou have developed from tool application companies to ones that offer various products and services.

4399 Network has been ranked among China's top 100 internet companies for nine consecutive years. As a national leading game company, it has received over 600 million registered users.

Established in 2013, Dianchu Technology was also ranked among 2021 China's top 20 growing companies.

Meitu has over 2 billion users all over the world, while Meiyou offers services like healthcare management, online shopping, online communication, as well as online healthcare to 300 million female users.

Facing rapid changes in the internet era, the listed companies will bolster their efforts to boost technology innovation, develop new business patterns, and improve their core competitiveness in order to contribute to the development of the digital economy industry in Xiamen.
