A new cross-border e-commerce industrial park, which is located in the Qianchang area of the Maluanwan New Urban Zone in Jimei district, Xiamen, completed construction on May 25, covering a total construction area of over 15 hectares.

Built by two global Fortune 500 companies, CPE and Ebay, the industrial park is designed to be a highland of Xiamen's cross-border e-commerce development, integrating procurement and modern warehousing, consolidation and distribution, supply chain finance, and value-added services.

The industrial park will gather a variety of supply chain core enterprises such as cold chain, logistics, express delivery, and e-commerce. After being put into operation, it will effectively improve Xiamen's logistics ecosystem and cross-border e-commerce level.

Since Xiamen was approved as a comprehensive pilot zone for cross-border e-commerce in 2018, the city has formed a leading group for comprehensive trials.

Based on Xiamen's location advantages and industrial characteristics, the team has built online and offline platforms to expand business volume around local ports in order to form the most high-quality and sustainable cross-border e-commerce ecosystem in Fujian province.
