Xiamen to boost automobile consumption

On June 1, Xiamen, Fujian province, will launch a new month-long automobile consumption promotion festival.
From June 2 to 5, ATS 2022, an auto expo, will be held at the Xiamen International Conference and Exhibition Center, presenting new models of almost 100 import, joint venture, and domestic automobile brands, as well as offering visitors test drives and discounts.
The expo, which spans roughly eight hectares, is one of the main attractions at the automobile consumption promotion event. Aside from automobile brands, the expo will feature discounts from auto-related service providers such as repair and accessories, car care, car insurance, and rental cars.
In addition, districts in Xiamen have prepared various discounts and diverse subsidies of up to 5,000 yuan ($750.53) to boost the consumption of automobiles.
During the festival, business circles in the city will open new stores and offer discounts to empower the automobile consumption market.
Furthermore, many automakers have created systems for trade-in offers, collaborating with key financial institutions in order to increase automobile consumption and upgrading.
