38 Xiamen private companies make Fujian top 100 list

Thirty-eight Xiamen-based private companies were included in Fujian's top 100 private company list in 2022, which was released on Sept 26.
The shortlisted Xiamen private companies cover various industries, such as mining, manufacturing, wholesale trade, software and information technology, and real estate.
Among them, Chengtun Mining, placed 10th on the list, and led Xiamen's private companies on the list with an annual operating income of 45.24 billion yuan ($6.42 billion). Following it, Junhe Group and Good First Group stood at the 13th and 18th on the list with with their annual operating incomes reaching 37.28 billion yuan and 29.1 billion yuan, respectively.
According to statistics, the threshold operating income of the private companies shortlisted hit 4.3 billion yuan this year, a year-on-year increase of 760 million yuan.

As a vice-provincial city independently listed on the State development plan, it has provincial-level authority in economic administration and local legislative power. In 2010, the Xiamen SEZ was expanded to cover the entire municipality. Today, Xiamen is a modern and international port city.
