Xiamen in Fujian province celebrated the first Business Environment Day on Nov 1.

The date was designated as Xiamen's Business Environment Day according to Xiamen's regulations for optimizing the business environment in the Xiamen Special Economic Zone, which were implemented on March 1.

In the previous two years, the date was celebrated as Xiamen's Entrepreneur's Day.

The celebration included the release of the top 100 private enterprises list in Xiamen in 2022. The list included Chengtun Mining, Junhe Group, and Good First Group as the top three enterprises, with their annual operation revenues amounting to 45.24 billion yuan ($6.26 billion), 37.28 billion yuan, and 29.1 billion yuan, respectively.

In addition, lists including Xiamen's 2022 top 20 private manufacturing enterprises, the 2022 top 20 private service enterprises, and the 2022 top 20 private scientific and technological innovation enterprises were released on the same day.

The top 10 business environment innovation measures in Xiamen in 2022 and the list of leading and backbone private enterprises in key industries in Xiamen in 2022 were also announced on the same day.
