Four Xiamen enterprises make national-level e-commerce demonstration list
A total of 132 companies from all over China have made the national-level e-commerce demonstration companies list released by the Ministry of Commerce.
Among them are four enterprises from Xiamen: GOLDENHOME, ANTA, JOEONE and Nascent.
In the first half of this year, the online retail sales of Xiamen reached 115.34 billion yuan ($15.87 billion), a year-on-year increase of 12.3 percent, which is 2.6 percentage points higher than the average growth rate in Fujian province.
Among them, the online retail sales of physical goods reached 103.26 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 12.3 percent, which is 2.3 percentage points higher than the province's average.
During this year's "618" online shopping festival, which ran from June 1 to 20, the online retail sales of Xiamen reached 20.8 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 13.3 percent.
Among them, the online retail sales of physical goods totaled 19.34 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 13.4 percent. Xiamen's online retail sales was ranked first in Fujian province, accounting for 35 percent of the total.
