In the Hungarian exhibition area at the 24th China International Fair for Investment and Trade (CIFIT), held in Xiamen city, East China's Fujian Province, a giant Rubik's Cube, measuring 3 meters on each side is set to be the star attraction. Hungary has come well-prepared to showcase its innovation at the event.

As the guest country of honor at this year's CIFIT, Hungary will present its technological and cultural highlights in a 450-square-meter national pavilion. The exhibit will feature smart interactive walls, touch screens, virtual reality installations, and the iconic large Rubik's Cube.

A series of thematic events will promote Hungary's investment environment, and highlight innovative achievements in logistics, automotive, and agriculture while showcasing various Hungarian products.

"Our slogan for this exhibition is Hungary — a Bridge to Europe," revealed Peter Varfi, consul general of Hungary in Guangzhou in South China’s Guangdong province. Varfi expressed hope that through CIFIT, this bridge of Sino-Hungarian friendship will unlock the potential for bilateral economic and trade cooperation, strengthen ties in multiple sectors, and add momentum to the comprehensive strategic partnership between the two countries.

The Hungarian government has long regarded CIFIT as a vital platform for promoting investment and trade. Since 2015, Hungary has sent delegations to fair annually, engaging in economic and trade negotiations.

According to the CIFIT organizing committee, Hungary set up a 90-square-meter national pavilion at CIFIT for the first time in 2015, facilitating the signing of multiple projects with a total investment of 3.98 billion yuan($558 million).
