These activities aim to establish the "Xiamen International MICE Week Forum Activities" as a platform and driving force for the incubation of the city's convention and exhibition (C&E) industry, promoting its development in market-oriented, professional, branded, and internationalized directions, and driving the high-quality development of the C&E industry in Fujian province and Xiamen city.

Established in 2015, the Xiamen MICE Week has invited over 7,000 participants from more than 30 countries and regions, including international exhibition organizations such as AFECA, IAEE, and ICCA, as well as representatives from BRICS and emerging markets. Within the domestic industry, it is regarded as the most globally focused Chinese urban C&E cooperation platform.
