During the 2025 Xiamen International Textile and Apparel Supply Chain Expo, the "Partner with Xiamen for a Shared Future" business environment promotion conference took place on April 23. It attracted participation from over 50 professional buyers and industry representatives.

"Xiamen is committed to building a global supply chain innovation hub and cordially invites all distinguished guests to become city partners of Xiamen!" The promotion conference extended a warm invitation to textile and apparel enterprises, e-commerce platforms, foreign trade companies, and other participants attending the event in Xiamen, sincerely encouraging more enterprises to join hands with Xiamen and invest in the city.

Xiamen is currently accelerating the cultivation and construction of an international consumer center city, with the fashion consumer goods industry flourishing. In 2024, the retail sales of clothing, shoes, hats, and textiles in wholesale and retail trade enterprises above the quota in Xiamen amounted to 62.18 billion yuan ($8.5 billion), an increase of 10.9 percent over the previous year.

During this event, Xiamen Investment Promotion Center introduced Xiamen's business environment and related industry policies to the merchants. Xiamen will focus on meeting the personalized needs of enterprises, actively facilitating business development and providing resources.

Some merchants noted the strength of Fujian’s textile and apparel industry, with several brands having established their headquarters in Xiamen. They were seeking business collaborative opportunities during this visit to promote the transformation of the textile and apparel industry chain and supply chain.
