One-stop foreign trade service platform now live

swj.xm.gov.cn| Updated: May 23, 2025 L M S

The "Global Trade Link" assistance platform, meticulously developed by the Xiamen Municipal Bureau of Commerce, was officially launched on May 22.

This integrated platform combines functions such as policy dissemination, online consultation, issue resolution, and survey capabilities, providing comprehensive and convenient foreign trade services for enterprises. It aims to support Xiamen's foreign trade businesses in expanding into international markets and seizing development opportunities.

The platform features a dedicated "policy updates" section designed to provide enterprises with the latest policy information. Within this section, businesses can access published policy documents, policy interpretations, official notices, and announcements. It offers comprehensive policy search functionality for all released policies and includes a dedicated portal for enterprises to submit policy-related applications.

The platform also incorporates an "issue management" feature that enables enterprises to ask questions directly online. By leveraging the coordinated efforts of various government departments in Xiamen, the platform allows businesses to submit inquiries through the system.

Relevant departments then provide timely responses and feedback on issues such as overseas investment, logistics, tax rebates, and financing. This streamlined communication channel effectively addresses enterprise concerns through digital governance.

Currently, the platform is undergoing trial operations. The Xiamen Municipal Bureau of Commerce will continue to upgrade the platform's functions based on enterprise feedback. Should you have any suggestions or comments during use, please provide feedback by contacting us at +86-18750903503.
