The 2025 "Service Consumption Season" and Zhongshan Road "Inbound-Tourism-Friendly Block" were officially launched in Siming district, Xiamen on the evening of July 18. Policy incentives, business-tourism services, and financial support converged seamlessly, drawing both locals and tourists to this summer consumption extravaganza.

On the day of the launch, a series of measures to boost service consumption were announced. These initiatives provide targeted and practical guidance for all residents and visitors in Xiamen. 

During the event, Xiamen's major business districts will ignite the summer market with nearly 100 promotional activities. Meanwhile, 90 tax-refund stores across the city will offer tax refund services for international tourists, with some providing instant refunds upon purchase.

Meanwhile, Xiamen is actively promoting Alipay Tap to provide convenient payment services, supporting merchants' digital operations. The Xiamen Municipal Commerce Bureau has also pioneered a new "Ticket Economy" consumption model, using major concerts, sporting events, and exhibitions as pilot programs. 

A total of 120 restaurants from 78 catering enterprises have formed the first batch of "Ticket Benefits" merchant partners.

This event focuses on Zhongshan Road, establishing Xiamen's first "Inbound-Tourism-Friendly Block" through multiple initiatives: showcasing multilingual volunteer service teams, optimizing consumption services for international visitors, unveiling exclusive travel guides for "Exploring Xiamen's Six Districts from Zhongshan Road", and promoting innovative integration of duty-free businesses with the commercial district.
