The 25th China International Fair for Investment and Trade (CIFIT) concluded successfully on Sept 11 in Xiamen. As a pivotal platform for bilateral investment promotion, this year's CIFIT highlighted the theme of "Going Global".

For the first time, the Xiamen Municipal Bureau of Commerce organized the Hailian Global Lounge at CIFIT series, inviting international guests to engage with Chinese enterprises and extending an "investment invitation".

The event focused on matching Chinese businesses with international opportunities, facilitating effective dialogues and substantial outcomes in global investment cooperation. 

It underscored the vitality and appeal of Chinese capital in the global market and provided a crucial springboard for domestic companies to expand their presence and competitiveness internationally.

The Hailian Global Lounge at CIFIT series, debuting at the fair, featured eight sessions with representatives from 24 countries across Asia, Africa, Europe and Latin America. Over 1,000 enterprises participated, resulting in 32 outbound investment intentions that totaled more than 600 million yuan ($56 million).

The introduction of the Hailian Global Lounge at CIFIT at the fair established a dynamic platform for bilateral investment engagements. 

Moving forward, the Xiamen Municipal Bureau of Commerce aims to enhance the Hailian Global Lounge brand. It will leverage key exhibitions to expand international networks and facilitate the implementation of practical projects, supporting Chinese enterprises in their steady global expansion.
