The world's first Google Cross-border E-commerce Acceleration Center celebrated its first anniversary with an event held at Sea World in the Xiamen Free Trade Zone on Oct 15.
As the first offline support center established following the launch of the "Google's cross-border e-commerce acceleration program", the center has conducted over 150 training sessions, helping more than 2,200 local cross-border e-commerce enterprises and professionals deepen their understanding of the independent website model and driving a shift in their approach to business development.
By bringing together high-quality ecosystem partners in areas such as website development, payment, and logistics, the center has provided end-to-end solutions for over 50 cross-border e-commerce sellers. As of June this year, approximately 50 enterprises have been admitted to the center's incubator.
During the event, the strategic upgrade of the Google Cross-Border E-commerce Acceleration Program was officially announced. Moving forward, the center will further deepen its support services by focusing on two key areas: enhancing seller capabilities and improving the industry ecosystem.
To bolster seller capabilities, the center will continue to offer premium programs such as the "independent website global expansion bootcamp", helping businesses at different stages navigate practical challenges and cultivating professional talent locally.
To improve the industry ecosystem, the center will continue to leverage its strengths as a platform by aggregating a broader range of technology and service partners in areas such as website development, logistics, and payment to provide reliable end-to-end support.
