Michelin Guide 2026 for Fujian revealed in Xiamen
The Michelin Guide Ceremony Fujian Province 2026 was launched on Nov 21 in Xiamen.
A total of 96 restaurants from Xiamen, Fuzhou, Quanzhou, and Ningde are included, with seven restaurants awarded One Michelin Star, 66 listed in the Bib Gourmand, and 23 listed in the Michelin Guide.

Three Xiamen restaurants were recognized for high-quality cooking and awarded One Michelin Star each. Among them, Fleurs Et Festin specializes in Chaoshan cuisine, while Hokklo and Yanyu (Jiahe Road) are known for their Fujian dishes.
Thirty-one Xiamen restaurants featured in the Bib Gourmand are praised for their excellent quality and value. Additionally, eight restaurants have made the list of Michelin Selected Restaurants, including three new entries among this year's selection.
This year's ceremony also introduced several awards, including the Service Award, Young Chef Award, and Mentor Chef Award. Notably, for the first time in Fujian, the Michelin Guide Mentor Chef Award was presented to Wu Rong of Xiamen of Yanyu (Jiahe Road), a Michelin-starred restaurant in Xiamen. This award made its debut in the Michelin Guide Ceremony Fujian Province 2026.

As a vice-provincial city independently listed on the State development plan, it has provincial-level authority in economic administration and local legislative power. In 2010, the Xiamen SEZ was expanded to cover the entire municipality. Today, Xiamen is a modern and international port city.
